“是的，你不会相信这一点，但是......有一天，当我在前往Whiterun的路上拜访我的妹妹时，只是在阳光下殴打我的脸，然后突然有什么东西在灌木丛中突然爆发了。路的一边，一些奇怪的小动物.....或......一个小男人，抓着一袋金子或其他东西穿过马路。我看着它越过苔原然后......我不知道一定有什么东西吓坏了它......它消失了。我的意思是，它刚刚消失了，它正好在空旷的地方......从来没有见过像我这样多年来都喜欢它！

宝藏小巧，敏捷，狡猾。他们离开他们的窝点寻找各种宝藏。你能在天际的野外发现一个吗？也许如果神灵对你微笑，你甚至可以捕捉到一个，或者甚至可能发现恶魔自己？

"Ere, you won't believe this but...the other day when I was on me way to Whiterun to visit me sister, just strollin' with the sun beating down on me face and suddenly something bursts right outta the bushes by the side of the road, some weird little creature....or.....a tiny man, leaped across the road clutching a sack of gold or something. I watched as it sped across the tundra and then...I dunno, something must have spooked it and...it vanished. I mean, it just disappeared, it was right in the open....never seen nothin' like it in all my years!"

Treasure Fiends are small, nimble and cunning. They leave their dens in search of treasures of all kinds. Will you be able to spot one in the wilds of Skyrim? Perhaps if the Divines are smiling upon you, you may even be able to capture one, or perhaps, even discover the fiends den itself?

Inspired by other games having speedy and rare creatures appear from time to time for you to attempt to kill in order to receive some massive bonus or excellent loot, Treasure Fiends (of which there are only two in Skyrim at any one time (they do respawn)) dash around the world through river, hills and shrubbery looking for treats of all sorts, sometimes they leave their dens in search of valuable tomes, or jewellery and sometimes rare furs or ingredients. Whatever they are hauling, you'll be sure to profit greatly from stopping one of these small creatures in its tracks.

If luck is on your side you might find a clue to the whereabouts of the creatures home once capturing one. There is a small chance of a 'clue' being found on a Fiend. There are two dens on the Skyrim landmass.

Hunting tips:
- Use ranged weapons
- Use ranged spells
- Or be fast
