Always wanted to live in Solitude but didn't want to spend the coin to buy Proudspire? Have I got a place for you! Located above 'Bits & Pieces' in the beautiful downtown Solitude Marketplace, this cozy attic loft has everything the adventurer on the go needs.

Plenty of safe storage

Cooking pot

Alchemy table

Enchanting table

Planters

Weapon rack

Armor mannequin

Bookshelves

Double bed (gives well rested bonus)

Centrally located (easy walking distance to nearby merchants and smith)

Great views of market place and main gate (it's an interior cell, so not really)

To acquire the property simply read the 'for sale sign' then talk to Sayma in 'Bits & Pieces'. Better hurry though. A property this hot won't be on the market for long.

The only thing this mod might conflict with is another mod that changes that little outside corner area of 'Bits & Pieces'.
