- 更改影响所有空中单位（玩家和AI）
- 所有AI现在更喜欢研究飞行和高级飞行
- 空中单位不再需要Aerodrome（但仍然可以使用它）。现在只需要一个城市中心。
- 市中心现在可以容纳两个空中单位。
- 空中单位不再需要建造资源。
- 空中部队成本为其正常成本的50％
- 新的空中数据以适应更低的建造成本
- BIPLANE：范围增加到4; RangedCombat str减少到40; 无需战略资源（香草无）
- 战士：范围增加到5; RangedCombat str减少到50; 无需战略资源
- P51：范围增加到6; RangedCombat str减少到50; 不需要战略资源（Vanilla中没有）

-- Changes effect all air units (player and AI)
-- All AI now prefer to research FLIGHT and ADVANCED FLIGHT
-- Air units no longer require Aerodrome (but can still use it). Now require a City Center only.
-- City center can now hold two air units.
-- Air units no longer require resources to be built.
-- Air units cost 50% of their normal cost
-- New air stats to accommodate their cheaper build costs
