作用：

改变排名

您可以更改员工的等级。薪水调整为员工的期望薪水。如果您的资格数量符合所需级别（排名3 - >最多3个资格），您只能降低排名

删除资格

如果任何其他资格不需要资格，则取消资格。

添加资格

从资格列表中选择要直接添加到员工的资格。

提示：在选择操作之前，必须选择/单击所需的员工。之后，打开Mod Manager并打开mod“options”。

安装：

下载并安装Unity Mod Manager（https://mod.blacksheepgame.com/mod/modsdetail/44550.html）

下载mod

将下载的文件放到“mods”文件夹中

运行游戏

Qualification Utils

Available actions

Change rank

You can change the rank of your staff. The salary is adjusted to the desired salary of the employee. You can only reduce the rank if your number of qualifications matches to the desired rank (Rank 3 -> Max 3 qualifications)

Remove qualifications

Remove qualifications if the qualification is not required for any other qualification.

Add qualifications

Select from a list of qualification the qualification you want to add directly to the employee.

Hint: Before you can select an action, you must select / click the desired employee. After that, open the Mod Manager and open the mod "options".

How to Install

Download and install the Unity Mod Manager

Download this mod

Extract the archive into the 'Mods' folder of the Game (\Steam\steamapps\common\TPH\Mods) or install it with the Mod Manager.
