Attempted this car a good few years ago and it was a fail, now I have had another go and it's come out a lot better with a lot more features.

Installation

-- GTA 5 Singleplayer --

IF YOU ARE NEW TO MODDING AND NEED ASSISTANCE INSTALLING ADD-ON MODS OVERALL THEN LOOK ON YOUTUBE AND SEARCH "How to install Add-On cars in GTA V" AND THERE YOU WILL FIND LOADS OF TUTORIALS. --

Go to OPEN IV and follow these steps :

place the FRS Folder in the path - X:\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Then go to - X:\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Then get the dlclist.xml and add this line to it at the bottom of the list

dlcpacks:/frs/

Then Replace it back into OPEN IV and spawn that car in-game through a trainer

IF YOU ARE NEW TO FIVEM AND NEED ASSISTANCE THEN LOOK ON YOUTUBE "HOW TO INSTALL ADDON VEHCILES IN FIVEM" AND FOLLOW THE STEPS

Take the "FRS" Resource out of the .rar file and place into resources folder in FiveM
Add "start frs" to the server.cfg
That's it in the server
