Shouts are supposed to be very powerful and contain devastating powers. But by the time you hit higher levels, shouts become weack, non effective... This mod changes that, and not only that, there are several mods that have amazing potential, but it apears to not be so compatible, so not just balances shouts and adds some very cool unique features, but will alsow place toghether great amazing mods like:

!!! - What i did here is nothing, i added it here because it gived me the inspiation and ideeas to do my 1st shout overhaul on skyrim Leggendary edition, time ago... and i am very gratefull for it :)
As for Special edition, even if on start was on my game in special edition, i had to make my own mod with my own assests (always vanilla assets just changed) in an entirely new plugin form 44 (this mod is still form 43 unfortunately... so it cant be used since this form
is known to cause issues on SE )
So durring process the only thing left from here is that i am stucked with the same esp name... to change it i have to rework everything... all the mods compatibilityes, internal tweacks records etc.. (Proof in the pictures)... u get the ideea so even if same esp, is not the same mod at all, but has the same ideeas except with ballanced values and different effects, however i still tryed stay close to this mod because i love it, so even if i not used it's assets to create this i still give credits for the ideea and the awesomnes of this mod :)
About vanilla shouts
1-Aura Whisper, Elemental Fury, Disarm, Dismay, now have increased power, range and effects vs enemies at higher levels compared to vanilla,
with few new visuals and effects added.
2-All Shouts with a projectile have had their speed and range increased, added special projectials and new effects to some shouts
(exemple in the pictures)
3-Shouts like Become Ethereal have the duration increased significantly.
4- Ice Form freeze times have been ballanced accordingly to the word of power that you use: stronger the word stronger the freeze
with increased range and effectivness overall, but at same time doesnt last an eternity if player gets hit by it (a few seconds and deals
damage over time)
5-Call of Valor now summons much stronger heroes, who will level up with the player and rising their abilities as well.
6-Fire Breath now burns them like crisps, but not very deadly... with tweacked projectile range and effectivness, similar to dragons.
7-Frost Breath has had its damage increased and also has the Ice Form similar effect with tweacked projectile range and effectivness, similar to dragons and new visual form.
8-Marked for Death has special tweacks that renders enemy much more vulnerable and painfull in time.
9-Dragon aspect is the most improved, not only includes vortikay's and dragon aspect but each one of his words has a specific tweack:
-1st word favors the warrior play style, buffs more the health, stamina and weapons skills
-2nd word favorse the mage play style, buffs more the magticka and skills connected to it
-3rd word favors a play style like dragon tye to say so, adds flight, buffs more ranged skills abbilityes, but overall everything is buffed
a bit.
10-Unrelenting Force is now more powerful and deals damage, but not too much, alsow it's own word has its visual effect and range.
11-Drain Vitality is much more stronger and effective over time.
12-Soul Tear has very extensive damage and effectivness over time, with other few minor tweacks.
13-Bend will effects are enhanced and any npc hit will be ur ally for a very long time, alsow ignores resistances so be wise in using it :)
14-Cyclone now is a real tornado... check the pictures :P
15-Dragon rend only projectile tweacks for compatibility with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/24180
dragon rend overhaul wich is needed to make everything perfect.
16-Dragon shout mods only minor duration tweacks because:
1-compatibility with unnoficial patch and dragon combat mods as well as a famous SL mod (SL dragons)
17-Storm call is really an ultimate shout now, does some extensive damage... use it carefully...
18- the left... if any... have minor tweacks and further improvements in future or changes based on feedbacks.
[Compatibility]
It is not compatible with mods that modifies vanilla shouts or with mods that conflict with required mods, under no shape or form
unless they are properly patched.
These mods tweacks are all u need for shouts and are made perfectly compatible (spended quite the time testing)
Core vanilla shouts are modified mostly in range damage and visuals to not interfere with quests like greybeards or paarthurnax
Yes it can be added new effects powers entirely, but i wanna keep close to a vanilla/thunderchild style, fits perfect i belive:

!!! pls NOTE that i didnt tested without options like no flying mode no glide etc and may not work as intended otherwise
(in this large mod patch only due to esp tweaks, so chose the same options i did, dragon wings is no problems, other types idk, u may have to edit
the esp urself, sorry is not that simple to patch everything with everything... and i wont do for other options because requires some time
and testing, and need patch up everything again...)

I recommend using a mod manager, i use vortex and works great for me, but to each is own :)
Manual instalation? if only u know perfectly what ure doing, but i dont reccomend it at all... especially here...
Unistallation:
Dont do it on an save in wich u played with these mods alredy, use mod manager for removal.

I will be very active and check mod page a few times per day and make sure is alright.
I made this mod (vanilla shouts) and integration internal patches and minnor tweacks on other autor mods with theyr permission,
because i use it in my game and i belive i am not the onlyone who wants all these toghether so i decided to share :)
