This mods adds the noctural armor from vanilla to the game as a playable set.
To install, just drop the data folder into your game folder or use Vortex.
You can find the set in a container located in whiterun near Heimskr who's the Talos's priest.
You can also type "help diana" to get all the ID's and then use codes to add those to your inventory.
