Black Marble - A Darker UI

I created a very pleasant dark marble mod.

it contains only the lowering of the brightness.

there are still a few small bugs, but these will be fixed over time.

changing the color of the texts leads to a new hash number.

i haven't had this absurdity in the other titles yet, e.g. stellaris, you could have different UI mods in one mp.

i'm not sure if i can make it compatible

currently everyone in an mp has to use this mod as well.
